Through my studies and also through my own experience I’ve realised that not every program or diet works for every person, so I look at bio-individuality and we work out a program that’s right for you!   

In our initial consultation we will look into your daily life and how we can set goals and put a program in place to help you achieve these goals. I'll be there along side you cheering you on.

Working with me will allow you to find balance in your life again. I tailor a program specific to you and your health and wellness goals.

How the program works

  • I come to you! How nice to be able to train in the comfort of your own home! If gyms aren’t for you or you find it difficult to find the time to get to the gym then let me come to you. Plus I’ll show you ways you can train in your own home without any fancy equipment. 
     
  • In our initial consultation we will go over the client form that you fill out and see what program will best suit you. We will also set some short term and long term goals. Goals are a great motivator to have in place when starting on a new journey. After the first 6 weeks we reassess, go over your goals and plan for the next 6 weeks. 
     
  • Join for a minimum of 6 weeks but a 12 week program is encouraged, as long term programming allows for more time for goals to be reached and also allows for you to see how your body and mind adjusts to the new routine. 
     

All of the above for only $60 a week which includes two 45 minute at home training sessions a week. You can pay as you go or pay up front for a 10% discount.

Online programs

I'm very excited to have launched my online programs! I have two options available, see below for all the information on what I offer and how to get your own personalised program online. 

Option 1 - Is a one off payment of $199. It is a personalised 8 week program which I’ll create after our initial consultation, this can be done via Skype. The program will be uploaded via a private Youtube channel so you can see how the exercises are performed, which you can then access from your own client portal via my website.

Included will be

  • Unlimited support over the 8 weeks via text or email, including any readjustments you may need with the exercises
  • A personalised program which can be viewed via a private Youtube channel
  • You will also have access to your own client portal via my website
  • Tips for extra movement during the 8 weeks if you feel up to it. 
  • At the end of the 8 weeks we can set up another consultation to see how the program is going and if you would like to continue for another 8 weeks or have a reprogram. There’s no pressure to reprogram for another 8 weeks it will just mean the support from myself will finish at the end of that 8 weeks.

Option 2 - Is a monthly payment of $150 and is a more detailed program which includes all of the above plus a fortnightly 30 minute Skype session where we can go over how you're feeling and look at certain goals you may have or any questions you may have about technique, I can show you via Skype.
